1. Bookings require an upfront deposit of 50% at time of confirming the booking. Remaining balance to be paid within 5 days of the sleepover date.
2. In the event that the agreement is cancelled we reserve the right to charge the a fee depending on how far prior to the party date the agreement is cancelled
   a. More than 14 days before R100 admin fee
   b. Between 7-14 days before 50% of the deposit amount
   c. 1-7 days before the event 100% of the deposit amount
   d. Within 24 hours – the full invoiced amount to be charged
3. Delivery, set up and packing up are included in the hire cost
   
4. If an item is damaged we will charge for the replacement cost
   
5. In the event that a date change is required we will need at least 7 days notice and the new date will be subject to the availability.
   
6. Quotes are valid for 24 hours from date of quotation
   
7. Pets are not permitted to sleep in the teepee tents
   
8. The customer is responsible to supervise the children at all times
